Responsibilities:
- Manage delinquency, ensuring positive member relations.
- Proficient in U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Bilingual – Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of lending procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Strong attention to details.
- Previous loan processor experience preferred.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.

Salary:
- Starting at $18.00/hour, based on experience.
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
- Sat: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
